This is a view of the left half of a blackberry mead peach cheesecake. The cheesecake sits on a white plate and is viewed from above at about a 45 degree angle. Peach pieces and ripples in the creamy cheesecake below can be seen through the transparent raspberry red gelatin layer on top of the cake. Below the half inch thick gelatin layer there is a cream colored cheesecake. Peach chunks dot the creamy cheesecake in front and on the left side.
